Spring Bit Method
Anchor installation that provides three times the strength even at shallow depths.
The "Spring Bit Method" is a technique that allows for high adhesion by creating uneven surfaces on the inner walls of a core hole when the core drilling for post-installed anchors interferes with existing rebar. This method ensures pull-out strength even with a short embedment length (for example, reducing from 15D to about 8D). It is applicable to all types of construction that involve core drilling using core boring equipment for post-installed anchor work. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features of Spring Bit Products】 ■ Special blades using diamond chips for core boring and similar applications ■ Utilizes spring stress to create a ring-shaped groove inside existing holes ■ If existing rebar is encountered at depths where rebar detection does not reach during anchor drilling, this blade can be used to create grooves inside the hole to enhance pull-out strength, achieving equivalent anchoring power even if the required embedment length is not reached. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
